Installation Instructions:
Parallels Install and upgrade. Use this method when installing on a computer for the first time. This will set up Parallels for all users
1. Download Parallels/OP from this link and install 64 bit: https://op.knowledgeowl.com/help/op-cloud-installation-on-a-workstation
2.Enter Username, Password, and Server ID in the three fields
3.Click on “Install for all users”
4.Download Parallels update and install again from this link 64 Bit: https://www.parallels.com/products/ras/download/client/
5.Once the update is installed you can click the Parallels icon and double click the connection. This will open OP and put a shortcut on your desktop.
HOW TO FLAG VISITS FOR CHC
- Select the appointment and click green flag to the right - this will alert the
office staff to confirm appt.
HOW TO VIEW LAB RESULTS IN OP
- Select Diagnostic Tests
- Double click one of the blue highlighted areas with date of lab
- Result will populate below

- Double Click Med-to below Purpose
- Select Status
