How to add a patient to an existing account - workaround


Adding a patient to an existing Anytime Pediatrics account

Our recent release has caused an error when trying to add a patient to an existing account. Our development team is currently working on a resolution to this issue. The issue is set to be resolved on April 16th, 2021. 

In the meantime, please follow the instructions below when adding a patient to an existing Anytime Pediatrics account. 

 

1. Go to the patient tab and select patient.



2. Click add new patient



3. Copy and paste the account holder's email address in the email field. This will link the patient to the existing account.

4. Fill out the required fields with the sibling information and click Create Patient Record




 Following these steps will add the sibling to the existing account.
