Spanish Version of Anytime Pediatrics
Spanish speakers can now translate the Anytime portal into Spanish. The Spanish translation button is located on the login page, the top bar while inside of the portal, and inside of their profile settings. All areas will be translated into Spanish including registration, the entire visit process, patient creation, settings, etc.
Please encourage your Spanish speaking patients to set their preferred language by following the below steps:
Go to portal.anytimepediatrics.com and log into your Anytime Pediatrics account.
Click on your name and select my profile.
Under Parent and Guardian information, select Spanish from the language dropdown.
Scroll to the bottom and click save.
Vaya a portal.anytimepediatrics.com e inicie sesión en su cuenta de Anytime Pediatrics.
Haga clic en su nombre y seleccione mi perfil.
En la información del padre o tutor, seleccione español en el menú desplegable de idiomas.
Desplácese hasta el final y haga clic en guardar.
Administrators can now start Instant Invite visits
For practices that have Front Desk Mode enabled, instant invites will now be directed to the front desk waiting room and the clinician with whom the visit was sent.
Admin users can now view and begin an Instant Invite visit from the waiting room.
The Clinician will still be able to view and start the visit without the Admin needing to route.
If Front Desk Mode is disabled, Admin users will not be able to start and view an Instant Invite from the waiting room.
All users can now change their old password to a new password within the Anytime Pediatrics portal or mobile app.
This is not meant for users to change their password in the event that they cannot access their account. If a user cannot remember their password, please click “forgot password” prior to logging in.
In the event that a user has forgotten their username, a link with information on how to retrieve it is provided under the login area on the web platform and the Anytime Pediatrics App.
