If you have access to Epic and are having difficulty connecting, call the Epic Help Desk at 864-512-3742. If after hours, the operator will page an analyst on call.
Lab Encounters and Notes in EPIC
Select Chart Review OR Labs to view lab results
Select View Full Comments in results to see notes from the provider. This will often include instructions for treatment.
