To successfully complete a visit, there is a series of 5 steps. What most likely happened was the provider ended the visit on Step 4, but did not complete Step 5 which finalizes the visit. Ask the provider (only the provider can do this) to log in and enter the visit that we are having the problem with. Then, make sure to click the last step to finalize the visit. If the patient is still in the waiting room, please reach back out to me and we can fix it from our end.
