To begin using the Instant Invite feature, begin by selecting Instant Invite which will appear on your homepage.
- Use the search bar to select the patient you would like to send an instant invite to.
Once you have selected the patient, you will be able to send them an Instant Invite by Email, Text Message, or Both.
The patient will click the link they receive and will be redirected to the Anytime Pediatrics App on their mobile device, or a web browser if the App is not installed.
The patient will then be prompted to log in with their last name and the patient’s date of birth.
The patient must agree to the Emergency Warning and the Terms of Service, and then select continue to proceed to the next page.
The patient will then be prompted to agree that they have the legal authority to seek care for their child.
The patient will be provided instructions on how to prepare for their visit by enabling their camera and microphone. They can also test their device’s camera and microphone on this screen. Once they have done this, they can click continue to proceed to the next page.
The last step will be for the patient to agree to your practice’s Consent to Treat. Once they have done this, they will be sent to your waiting room to begin the telemedicine visit.
