Follow the instructions below to successfully send an instant invite to patients on the Anytime Pediatrics platform.
Log into the Anytime Pediatrics platform from a Google Chrome web browser.
Click on Instant Invite from your homepage
Search for the patient that you would like to send an instant invite to by first name, last name, D.O.B, phone number or email address.
Once you have located the correct patient, click on their name to be taken to their patient profile.
From the patient’s profile page you can send the patient an instant invite. Select the name of the practice and the name of the Clinician.
Select email, SMS text, or both to send the patient an instant invite.
Once the patient receives the instant invite, they will appear in the selected Clinician’s waiting room to begin their telemedicine visit.
